Hustle in Heels is an initiative of the Rogers Lowell Chamber dedicated to empowering, educating, and connecting women with a modern approach to professional and business development.

Join us August 14 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Mt. Hebron Park Prairie View Center in Rogers for an empowering session designed to help professional women break free from burnout and lead with clarity, authenticity, and balance. Through engaging discussion and practical tools, you’ll discover strategies to align your leadership with your values while achieving sustainable work-life harmony.

Expert Speaker: Tina E. Gilbert, founder of Next Level Training Solutions Group, brings over 20 years of expertise in professional development, helping individuals unlock their full potential.

Give Back: The Boys & Girls Club of Benton County is launching a Community Closet to support kids across its 19 sites. Help us collect fall and winter clothing - especially shoes and boots for youth ages 6 to 18. Your donations, whether in kind or through gift cards, will help local kids stay warm, confident, and ready for the school year.

Registration and $30 ticket purchase required. Lunch included!
